Founded in 2004, Zeta Analytical’s core focus is on the provision of support for organisations in the pharmaceutical industry, offering solutions for their finished products that require further batch certification, as well as testing for finished product stability testing, raw materials, unlicensed medicines, veterinary medicines and nutritional veterinary products. Here is our journey so far.
2022
Phenna Group acquired Zeta Analytical in December 2022. Mayur Gohil, Former MD of Zeta Analytical commented at the time,

2021
The Company invested in the atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) technique, a significant step towards enhancing our testing capabilities. We also commenced discussions about developing a CBD testing service, a potential area of growth and innovation for Zeta Analytical.
2020
Zeta Analytical expanded its operations into the USA, initially focusing on testing veterinary products.
2019
In a testament to our commitment to quality, dedicated QC Managers and a QA Manager were appointed to support the Company's further growth.
2014
The Company invested in EZ Chrom software, supporting the development of its chromatography-related services. Additionally, the business was restructured to a hierarchical structure to accommodate future expansion.
2012
Zeta Analytical expanded into its third laboratory in 2012 to support its continued growth.
2010
As demand for Zeta's services continued to rise, the Company expanded into its second laboratory.
2004
Zeta Analytical was founded in 2004 by Daksha Gohil, Baskaran Nagendran, Mahathevan Muttiah and Guruparasharma Shadadsharasarma.
