Baskaran Nagendran: Founder – Managing Director

Baskaran graduated in 1996 with a degree in Analytical chemistry. He has been in the pharmaceutical industry for over 30 years and has amassed a wealth of knowledge. He has also acquired fellowship into the royal society of chemistry. In 2004 he co-founded Zeta and for the majority his time was the Head of Analytical, but as of May has been promoted to Managing director. In his spare time Baskaran enjoys educating QP students, meditation and developing software (the in-house QMS system was designed by him) 

Mahathevan Muttiah: Founder – Head of Quality 

After graduating in 1998 with a bachelors degree in chemistry, Mahathevan has almost 30 years of pharmaceutical experience. As one of the co-founders of Zeta in 2004, he has watched the company grow over 20 years with himself as the Head of Quality. Being responsible for final report releasing and ensuring quality throughout Zeta. Outside of work he enjoys a multitude of sports including badminton and cricket. 

Guruparasharma Shadadsharasarma: Founder - Laboratory Director 

Guru began his career as a physical analyst at Wallis Laboratory, where he gained valuable experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He later worked as an analyst at GSK, building on his strong foundation in analytical chemistry. With over 25 years of industry experience, Guru is one of the founding members of Zeta Analytical. In the early stages of the company, he worked as an analyst before taking on the responsibility of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laboratory. He also manages the procurement of laboratory supplies. Outside of work, Guru enjoys cycling, walking, and listening to music. 

Ramesh Khot: Operations Director 

Our newest Director came to Zeta with over 16 years of dedicated service in the pharmaceutical industry. Ramesh garners a wealth of expertise garnered from pivotal roles in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Corporate Quality Assurance. 

As the Operational Director at Zeta Analytical, Ramesh stands as a beacon of excellence in ensuring stringent quality standards and regulatory compliance. His proficiency in internal and vendor audits, coupled with a meticulous approach to investigations, underscores his commitment to operational integrity. 

Beyond the pharmaceutical field, Ramesh finds enjoyment in the pages of literature, nurturing his garden and engaging in the refreshing waters of swimming. 

Priya Gohil: Office Manager 

Priya started working for Zeta in 2006 as a summer job as an analyst in the physical team. 

She joined Zeta full-time after finishing university in 2013 and joined the Accounts/HR team. 

She enjoyed the HR side of the role, so she completed her CIPD qualification in 2022 and became an Associate Member in 2023. 

In 2023, she completed the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management to assist with the office manager role. 

She is responsible for the entire HR and financial responsibilities, and outside of work life, she loves spending time with her 1-year-old daughter 😊 

Savio Trinidade Menezes Sa: Quality Control Manager 

Savio joined Zeta Analytical Limited in the year 2016.Currently working as Quality control Manager and helping the organisation grow in business as well as in work culture. He has altogether 12+ years of experience in the same industry. Besides work he likes to play football, do fishing activities and travel.  

Nikul Patel: Quality Assurance Manager 

Nikul joined Zeta in 2013 after graduating and has gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge in Quality control testing, quality assurance, leadership and management within a GMP environment. Nikul has grown alongside Zeta to become the Head of Quality and Compliance, and has contributed meaningfully to the growing success of the organisation. In his spare time, he loves to watch documentaries about astronomy and is an avid gamer 

Ravi Kumar Pachva: Assistant Quality Control Manager 

Ravi started his career in India which is an API Manufacturing Unit were used to test Raw materials by using various Analytical Techniques. 

Later that Ravi had Joined as Deputy Manager in Archimedis Health care pvt Ltd India and Started to work more on Method Validations and Routine Analysis. He handled raw material and packing material departments independently.  later promoted as Manger and looked over total QC lab.  

Later he came to Zeta Analytical Ltd in Nov-2021, He started his career at Zeta as Analytical Chemist. Through knowledge and his dedications towards his Quality of work he has been promoted as Team Leader & then as an assistant manager. 

Mayur Gohil: Founder and Former Managing Director 

Mayur has worked for 20 years for a UK based manufacturing facility in QA and did his QP training with the same company in 1999 

In 2003 he worked as a technical Director responsible for product development, Regulatory and QA. My main role was to Manage new products from initial application to launch. He worked there full time until 2014 and until 2023 as a consultant  

Mayur co-founded Zeta in 2004 along with some of the other partners and here have been responsible for new business and QA. He was responsible for handling all regulatory and client audits, GMP compliance and all commercial activities. As one of the founding members of Zeta, he has seen the number of employees grow from 2 to almost 48 and a significant growth in the business year on year 

Away from Zeta from 2003 Mayur has been involved with supporting facilities in the main overseas to achieve Regulatory approvals. He has also been in setting up MIA’s in the UK and Europe for whom I have acted as a QP and managed product launches from MA grant to Launch. 

Daksha Gohil: Founder – Former HR & Finance Director

From starting her financial career in 1995, Daksha has almost 30 years of legislative experience. During her 7-year tenure and an accountancy firm, she was admitted as a Fellow member of the accounting association of technicians. As one of the co-founders of Zeta, she had an active role in growing the company across its 20-years of life. From the start Daksha was responsible for all HR, finance and legislation related issues. In her spare time, Daksha enjoys singing and travelling.
